In a Circular issued by MCA said that, In continuation of the Ministry’s General Circular No. 14/2019 dated 27 November 2019 and after due examination, it has been decided that the time limit for filing of Form NFRA-2, for the reporting period Financial Year 2018-19′ will be 150 days from the date of deployment of this form on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA).
NFRA-2 Form which is required to be filed under rule 5 of the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018. Earlier, MCA had extended the last date of filing of Form NFRA-2 for 90 days. The National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018 vide National Financial Reporting Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2019 prescribed that Auditor Shall File Form NFRA-2 by 30th November every year
